In line with the UK government’s aim to build 1.5 million homes in the next five years, Blue Sky Development is actively sourcing brownfield sites with a view to regenerating them into residential estates. We are looking at any areas of the UK with derelict brownfield sites that need regenerating, particularly in regions where local councils support this initiative.
